Loki Presentation of Logic-based Semantic Wiki

چکیده
TOOL PRESENTATION: The paper presents a semantic wiki, called Loki, with strong logical knowledge representation using rules. The system uses a coherent logic-based representation for semantic annotations of the content and implementing reasoning procedures. The representation uses the logic programming paradigm and the Prolog programming language. The proposed architecture allows for rule-based reasoning in the wiki. It also provides a compatibility layer with the popular Semantic MediaWiki platform, directly parsing its annotations.

Semantic Wikis Versioning with BiFröST
One of the powerful and popular tools that are used to support Collaborative Knowledge Engineering are Semantic Wikis. They are easily accessible and provide ACL mechanisms, but they lack a good versioning mechanism. In this paper an extended version of such a mechanism is proposed. Besides elements that appear in every Wiki system, like simple changelog and place for discussion, it incorporate...
متن کاملCollective Knowledge Engineering with Semantic Wikis
In the paper application of semantic wikis as knowledge engineering tool in a collaborative environment is considered. Selected aspects of semantic wikis are discussed. The main apparent limitation of existing semantic wikis is the lack of expressive knowledge representation mechanism. Building a knowledge base with a semantic wiki becomes complicated because of its collective nature, where num...
متن کاملKnowledge Representation and Query in Semantic MediaWiki: A Formal Study
Semantic wikis extend conventional wikis, which allow users to collaboratively generate data, through semantic web technologies. This allows wiki-based information to be annotated with metadata for facilitating automated search, querying, propagation and inference. Semantic wikis have recently attained wide adoption and, with this, formal research on their functionality (e.g., inference and con...
متن کاملAn Executive Approach Based On the Production of Fuzzy Ontology Using the Semantic Web Rule Language Method (SWRL)
Today, the need to deal with ambiguous information in semantic web languages is increasing. Ontology is an important part of the W3C standards for the semantic web, used to define a conceptual standard vocabulary for the exchange of data between systems, the provision of reusable databases, and the facilitation of collaboration across multiple systems. However, classical ontology is not enough ...
متن کاملProceedings of the First Workshop on Semantic Wikis – From Wiki To Semantics
This paper introduces the Graphingwiki extension to MoinMoin Wiki. Graphingwiki enables the deepened analysis of the Wiki data by augmenting it with semantic data in a simple, practical and easy-to-use manner. Visualisation tools are used to clarify the resulting body of knowledge so that only the data essential for an usage scenario is displayed. Logic inference rules can be applied to the dat...
